Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on our site are original and purchased directly from the brands or their official distributors.
We do not currently offer free samples. However, you can purchase sample kits to try different fragrances before choosing the scent that best represents you.
It is not mandatory to register on www.eleganteprofumi.com to make a purchase, however, we recommend that you do so to have access to exclusive benefits and to make the purchasing process faster and easier in the future.
No, we only ship to European Union countries, excluding non-EU countries due to customs restrictions on flammable products containing alcohol.

Orders and Shipping
To make a purchase on our site, follow these simple steps:
- Browse the catalog and choose the product you are interested in.
- Select your size on the product details page.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Select the bag (cart) icon at the top right of the site to review your order and/or proceed directly to checkout via the "Checkout" button.
- Enter your shipping address and payment details to complete your purchase.
N.B. If you have a gift voucher or discount code to use, you can enter it during the last step by clicking on "Show order summary" located at the top next to the cart icon, and selecting "Apply". You will see the discount applied to the entire order or items.
Shipping is free only in Italy for orders equal to or greater than €89. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are shipped within 2/3 working days from order confirmation. Once shipped, the package will arrive at its destination within 4/6 working days.
Please note that free shipping is only available for orders in Italy and over €89.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, we recommend that you contact customer service immediately.
If your order has not yet been shipped, customer service can assist you in making the necessary changes or canceling your order entirely.
However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate the return or refund process. In either case, customer service will be able to assist you through every step of the process.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund.
Once your order has been processed and prepared, it will be handed over to Mail Boxes.
They will send you an email containing your Tracking code and inform you which courier your package has been entrusted to.
Alternatively, if you have already received your Tracking code, you can visit the "Track My Order" page to monitor the status of your shipment.
Returns and Refunds
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is intact, unopened and in the original packaging. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
Write to us at info@eleganteprofumi.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue the refund within 14 business days.
